Blessed in the Northwest has multiple booking options. Here are the rulebooks for both the Cabin and the Tent & RV Camping:
Tent & RV Camping Rulebook:
- Potable drinking water is not available at this listing. (Bring your own water).
- Campfires are allowed at this listing. (Firepit). Be fire safe. Always check state and local fire regulations before having a campfire and know how to properly extinguish your fire.
- A toilet is available at this listing. (Portable toilet) We have a portable toilet (5 gallon bucket with with portable snap on toilet seat). Please bring your own bags & toilet paper. Campers MUST pack out waste when you leave! You are more than welcome to bring your own camping toilet as well.
- Pets are allowed at this listing. (Off leash, On leash) Well behaved dogs are allowed on the property. We are not responsible for lost or injured pets. Water and food bowls are NOT provided. Due to host allergies cats are not allowed. There are corral panels available for horses or other livestock. The corral includes a water trough and hay feeder. We do not provide the hay.
- There is no shower available at this listing.
- Waste disposal is not available at this listing. Pack it out!
- Kitchen and cooking equipment are not available
- No glass bottles
- No trespassing on bordering properties
- Campfires only allowed in designated firepit. Campfires only allowed if in no burn ban. Campfires only allowed if not to windy. Campfires must be completely put out before leaving property.
- No hunting on property.
- Cancellation Policy: Strict - Full refund 1 week before check in time starts.
- ** Tent & RV campers are NOT allowed to use the cabin or cabin amenities (deck, grill, hot tub, etc.) **
- This location is surrounded by nature, therefore, no refunds or discounts due to insects (flies, mosquitos, junebugs, spiders, etc.) and animals (deer, turkey, porcupine, coyotes, hogs, snakes, mice, etc.).
- We want to give you as much privacy as you would like but in the event of an emergency, we, the property owners or our delegate may need to be on or in the property. We will do our best to alert you in advance in this situation.

- The water to the cabin is supplied by a well. You may notice a sulfur or chlorine smell from the water and the water could contain some dirt; this is to be expected. No refunds for water quality or power outages. Any power outage can cause the well pump to turn off. Please notify the property owners in this event.
- ** You will need to purchase your own drinking water. **
- Please no smoking, vaping or any other form of tobacco or cannabis inside the cabin. You may smoke outside but please dispose of your cigarette butts properly and not on the ground or deck. You will be held responsible for any damages caused by smoking in/on the property. No illegal substances allowed.
- Please do not leave trash on the ground outside or in any place, inside or out, other than the trash can. Please bag all trash and place in the outside trash can at checkout. Please do not put loose trash in any trash can.
- You will be held financially responsible for reimbursement for any appliances/furniture or furnishings that are broken/damaged during your stay.
- Please do not store venison quarters in the fridge. No aspects of venison processing allowed on the property. The above applies to any wild game including fish. Because we are rural, leaving any remains on the property causes increased pests. Please contact us if you need help finding a place to process your wild game.
- Please lock all doors and windows when you exit the cabin for any amount of time and upon checkout. You will be held responsible for the cabin while it is rented to you.
- Please do not use metal utensils on the pots and pans. Please do not cook anything directly on the oven racks. This includes pizza.
- Please turn the coffee pot off when not in use.
- Please wash your dirty dishes before checkout.
- There are cleaning supplies under the sink. These are to remain in the cabin to use for spills and messes. Along with a broom and Swiffer wet mop beside the fridge. There is also a step stool by the fridge to use if needed.
- There is a propane grill. Please replace grill cover and turn off propane bottle after each use.
- When you adjust the thermostat for the ac/heater, it takes the unit a few minutes to adjust. Please give it time to do so.
- ** Propane wall heater is not to be used by guests. Propane wall heater is ONLY to be used during power outages during freezing conditions by property owner. In the event a guest needs to use the propane heater it will need to be approved by the property owner. **
- Please do not take any inside furnishings outside or bring any outside furnishings inside.
- No refunds for power or water outages as these are beyond our control.
- No refunds for inclement weather. Please plan accordingly.
- There is no Wi-Fi. Please plan accordingly.
- We are rural, you may have limited cell service. Please plan accordingly. No refunds for limited cell service.
- You will be responsible for any broken items or damage to the cabin or property that incurred during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, in that event please notify us prior to checkout and we can see what needs to be fixed or replaced at your expense or even at all.
- Due to our cabin’s rural setting we do have security cameras that record the gate entrance and storage shed. This is for your safety and ours. There are no cameras inside the cabin. Please do not disturb any cameras.
- Storage shed and well house are not accessible to guests.
- There are also RV hookups on the property, please be respectful to those staying in these areas. RV hookups not to be used by cabin renters unless renting both Cabin & RV & Tent camping sites.
- The loft area contains our instant water heater and cabin supplies. You are more than welcome to use it for suitcase or other storage.
- Cabin occupancy is 2 adults. Children need to be approved for bookings.
- Please do not leave children unattended in the cabin or on the property.
- This location is surrounded by nature, therefore, no refunds or discounts due to insects (flies, mosquitos, junebugs, spiders, etc.) and animals (deer, turkey, porcupine, coyotes, hogs, snakes, mice, etc.).
- ** Sensitive septic system. Please do not flush feminine hygiene products down the toilet. Only flush toilet paper. **
- ** Please put out all fires in the fire pit before retiring for the evening and at checkout. You the renter will be held responsible for any damages caused by any uncontrolled fire during your rental stay. **
- ** We, the property owners are not responsible for any accidents that occur on or in our property. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. **
- We want to give you as much privacy as you would like but in the event of an emergency, we, the property owners or our delegate may need to be on or in the property. We will do our best to alert you in advance in this situation.
Cabin renters are more than welcome to use the hot tub, but we ask that you follow these rules:
- No unattended children allowed in the hot tub.
- The hot tub cover must remain on the hot tub when not in use. The hot tub will not heat without the cover.
- Please un-clamp all 4 black clamps before removing cover. If only 1 person is using the hot tub it is recommended to only open cover halfway to contain the heat.
- Place the cover between the hot tub and the 2 4x4 posts while using the hot tub. Please lift by the handles not the flaps.
- Please no food or drink in the hot tub.
- Please don't track grass, dirt, etc into the hot tub.
- The only controls that we ask you to use are the jet button and the light button. Please note the hot tub will not heat with the jets on.
- Please do not adjust the temperature. The safest temp for any hot tub use is 104 degree F. This is what our hot tub is set to.
- Once you exit the hot tub, please make sure the jets are "Off"
- Please replace the cover by lifting it by the handles (not the flaps) and securing all 4 black clamps, once you exit the hot tub. Please do not set on the hot tub cover.
- This is a chlorine maintained hot tub, it will have a chlorine odor like a swimming pool, please leave the chlorine floater in the hot tub. Please use the hot tub at your own risk.
- Please rinse off before getting into the hot tub. Any lotions or oil on your skin can drastically change the Ph of the hot tub and cause it to become unusable for the remainder of your stay and possibly the next renter.
- You, the renter will be responsible for any damages that occur to the hot tub and cover while the cabin is rented to you. The hot tub is inspected after each rental.
- No refunds for unusable hot tub.
- *** POWER FAILURE INSTRUCTIONS ***
The hot tub power cord has a built-in GFCI Plug. In the event of a power outage/flicker the hot tub will shut off for safety. To power on the hot tub after a power outage/flicker press the RESET button on the hot tub power cord GFCI Plug.
